Ivory Arches – Designed for Breathing Room Nestled along the fast-growing Dwarka Expressway, Ivory Arches isn’t just another residential township—it’s Zak Living’s ode to modern living that prioritises space, serenity, and seamless design. Our task was to shape a brand identity and digital voice that felt as expansive and grounded as the homes themselves.
We created a visual identity rooted in clean geometry and soft minimalism—mirroring the brand’s architecture-forward philosophy and contemporary aesthetic. The palette was neutral and breathable, the typography understated yet confident, evoking a sense of calm sophistication.
For social media, we developed a strategy that went beyond property listings. It was about storytelling—showcasing the lifestyle, the thoughtful master planning, and the idea of “home” as a daily retreat. We used elegant layouts, community-centric messaging, and insight-led content to connect with modern homebuyers looking for more than just square footage.
